Meet Dr. Ariel McKinney

I am a Licensed Psychologist with over a decade of clinical training across trauma, anxiety, neurodevelopment, and emotional processing — and I built this practice for anyone who has ever felt like they were too much and not enough at the same time.

You don't need a therapist who simply tolerates your experience. You need one who understands the weight of it — the generational patterns, the code-switching, the particular exhaustion of being strong for everyone, and what it means to finally choose yourself.
